From concept to prototype: our design team
The process starts in our Research, Development and Design department. Unlike a traditional carpentry studio, our interlocutor is not an architect with a ready-made drawing, but a marketing department or a company with a specific need. This is where ideas take shape.
Our designers and planners work closely with the client to understand their vision and exhibition goals. They analyse materials, joinery, and proportions to create a prototype that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also lightweight, modular, and consistent with the brand's identity. Our mission is not to sell simple display stands, but to offer bespoke solutions that truly work.
When technology meets craftsmanship: production and customisation
Once the prototype is approved, the design comes to life in the Production and CNC Programming department. Our programmers translate the project into machine language, optimising it for cutting using nesting technology. This system allows us to optimise machining, increase precision, and maintain flexible production.
Our specialist team monitors every stage, ensuring a cross-checked double quality control between production and packaging. The attention to detail continues in the Customisation department, where each piece is hand-sanded for a smooth and pleasant-to-the-touch finish. For painting and printing, we use only dedicated technologies, such as water-based paints, to achieve meticulous finishes, defined colours, and a result consistent with the client's vision.
Lightness, functionality, and attention to detail
Finally, the focus shifts to Packaging and Shipping. Each Esposit display is carefully packed in bespoke packaging, designed to protect every component, joint by joint. Our solutions, while light and easy to transport, are incredibly robust and ready to face any journey.
